New Show Announced!
Hey Guys!
April 15th. Come and celebrate being done with your taxes by getting a drink and listening to me play at the Palms in Hollywood. 9-930pm! Furniture!
So today we have been rearranging the house. It's not very musical, but it is helping contribute to a more creative space. It's finally starting to feel like things are falling into place here. It's very exciting! This week, I'm going to start praciting with my new bassist Mike and see what happens with that. Also, we're searching for a drummer - the search still continues, but I'm confident the right person is coming soon =) if you know anyone, send 'em our way!

Hello!
Thanks to all of you who came out to the show on Wednesday night. It was a great time, a short set, but you guys made it seem so awesome! I got some great feedback, and I have already been contacted by the booking company to start playing other places. We'll see what develops with that. Also, More good news.... You Follow has been picked up by an indie radio station that broadcasts all over the place. I'm getting some more recognition here! And, a new band member has been confirmed. His name is Mike and he plays bass. We're going to be going forward with Fly By Stereo. I'll be playing acoustic shows until the band is ready to go. More updates to come. It's raining and cold here in California. I'm going to finish up work today and then head out on the town to get a lot of errands accomplished. Update: I just the news that You Follow has been added to the tracks in rotation on WMHD 90.7 FM. The station is called The Monkey and is in Indiana. Thanks guys for playing my tune! If you are able to log on or hit them up, let them know that you want to hear Leah Jee's track You Follow!

So hello everyone! I took a look at the stats and it appears that there have been a ton of people checking out the updates. Man, did i drop the ball. You guys are looking for word from me and i've left you hanging for so long. So here's the deal. I'm going to blog everyday. Even if it's just a few lines or 5 minutes of jimma jammer =)
Things are shaping up finally and I'm going to be playing shows in California soon. I'm working on putting the band together and I think that I have some solid leads. Here's the show info: This will be our last show as a permanent MKE band and as Leah Jee & The Boys. We’re saying See Ya Later Milwaukee! But we’ll be back all the time. Don’t worry about that. It’s going to be a great show. Prizes, raffles, giveaways, discounted merchandise, you name it. And the bands that are playing with us... whew, they will rock hard too! Now You Have Audio & Red Letter Diaries - two of the best Midwest Bands around - will be there to rock and celebrate with us. Hey Everyone....
Just asking you all to save the date... April 3 is our final show in Milwaukee as a full time Milwaukee band. It will be full band and we'll rock your face off. If you were at our CD Release show party, it will be similar to that. And that was a great time. Soon after we'll be leaving for California, switching band names and rocking the west coast before we swing through here at least twice this summer on tour (no details yet but our nationwide tour and Milwaukee Pridefest is in the works). Please come to this show. It's April 3 at BBC. There will be more info to follow - just wanted to make sure you all got it on your calendars so you can celebrate with us.
